Understanding My Pending & Validated Earnings

When a Fan makes a purchase on your profile, your earnings are automatically added to your UpFan balance. Within your balance, we distinguish between two types of earnings statuses:

✅ "Validated" Earnings
These are your earnings from subscriptions, private media, push messages, lives, tips, and ambassador revenues. These earnings are added to your balance once they are confirmed and linked to the relevant activity period.

✅ "Pending" Earnings
Earnings move into "pending" status only when you request a withdrawal. This pending period allows UpFan to perform the necessary security checks to ensure safe transactions (fraud prevention, compliance verification, etc.).

Once the review is complete, your earnings will be transferred to your chosen payment method.

Review Timelines by Earnings Type (Pending Period)
📅 Subscriptions
Subscription earnings move to "pending" once a withdrawal is requested and will be validated within:

15 days for monthly subscriptions
60 days for semi-annual subscriptions, after verification.
📅 Private Media, Push Messages & Lives
Earnings from private media, push messages, and lives move to "pending" once a withdrawal is requested and will be validated within 7 days after review.

For private media, earnings are first added to your validated balance once the media is delivered.
For lives, earnings are added to your validated balance once the live session ends.
📅 Tips
Tips move to "pending" once a withdrawal is requested and will be validated within 7 days after review.

📅 Ambassador Earnings
Ambassador earnings move to "pending" once a withdrawal is requested and will be validated within 30 days, allowing UpFan to verify that all ambassador program conditions have been met (regular activity, proper promotion, compliance with platform rules, etc.).

⚠️ In case of suspected fraud or suspicious activity (unusual payments, suspicious accounts, non-compliant content), the review period may be extended.
